Refund Policy

At WellWorth Holidays, we always aim to provide the best travel experience for our guests. However, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This Refund Policy explains our rules regarding cancellations, refunds, and related conditions.

1. Booking and Advance Payment

All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. The advance amount ensures your reservation of hotels, transport, and other travel services. This amount is non-transferable to other bookings or travelers.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp). The refund amount depends on the number of days before your travel date, as shown below:

30 days or more	10% of the total package cost
15–29 days	25% of the total package cost
7–14 days	50% of the total package cost
Less than 7 days	No refund

Note: Flight tickets, permits, or hotel bookings marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation by WellWorth Holidays

In rare cases, due to weather conditions, political unrest, or other unavoidable reasons, WellWorth Holidays may cancel or postpone a tour. In such situations, travelers will be offered an alternate tour date or equivalent value credit for future use. If the traveler chooses not to reschedule, a refund (after deducting used services or booking fees) will be processed.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after the official cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during booking. Bank or transaction charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. No Refund in the Following Cases

• “No show” at the time of departure or check-in.
• Early departure or unutilized services during the trip.
• Cancellations due to personal reasons, illness, or change in travel dates.
• Missed transport due to delay or failure to arrive on time.

6. Force Majeure Events

WellWorth Holidays will not be held responsible for refunds caused by natural disasters, road closures, strikes, lockdowns, curfews, or any events beyond our control.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By booking with WellWorth Holidays, you acknowledge and agree to our refund and cancellation terms stated above.
