All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour, as per the payment terms shared at the time of booking.
Rates are subject to change based on hotel tariffs, transport costs, or government taxes without prior notice.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
Any additional charges such as extra meals, room services, or entry tickets are to be borne by the traveler.
In case of non-payment within the due date, the booking may be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp message).
The following cancellation charges apply:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
Non-refundable components such as flight tickets, permits, or certain hotel bookings are not eligible for refunds.
WellWorth Holidays reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel any part of the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, political issues, road closures, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Equivalent alternatives will be provided wherever possible, but no refund shall be claimed for unutilized services.
Travelers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License).
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all travel permits, passes, and documentation are accurate and complete.
WellWorth Holidays acts only as an agent for hotels, transport, and other services, and shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third parties.
We are not responsible for natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the local laws, customs, and traditions.
Clients are advised to be physically fit for travel, especially for destinations with high altitudes.
Please inform us of any medical conditions in advance so that suitable arrangements can be made.
Carry personal medicines and follow safety guidelines shared by our team.
Room categories and vehicle types are subject to availability.
Early check-in or late check-out depends on hotel policy and may incur additional charges.
Any damage to hotel or vehicle property by the traveler must be compensated directly.
WellWorth Holidays will not be liable for any failure or delay in services due to circumstances beyond control such as natural disasters, terrorism, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
